This notice describes the current pre-launch website. It will need to be updated when the legal operator, contact channel and final service providers are confirmed.

A Phantom connection exposes your public wallet address in the current browser session. This website does not ask for recovery phrases or private keys, does not run a sign-in database, and does not maintain a purchase history. Public blockchain addresses and activity may nevertheless be visible to anyone.
Origin file processing
Files selected in Origin are read and hashed locally in your browser; the application does not upload those files or their content to an OFFCLOCK server. Fingerprints, filenames, sizes and local creation timestamps can be exported in a passport only when you choose to download it. Treat a passport as potentially sensitive metadata and do not publish it unless you intend to share that information. File state is held in page memory, not an application database.
Hosting and external services
The website uses managed hosting with platform analytics enabled. Hosting, security and analytics services may process technical data such as IP addresses, request metadata, browser information and usage events under their own policies. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. Wallet connections and external links are governed by Phantom’s and the destination service’s policies.
OFFCLOCK AI assistant
When you send a chat message, the recent conversation is sent to the website server and its configured AI service to generate an English response. This is not browser-local processing or a confidential support channel. The application does not intentionally save chat transcripts in a database; hosting and AI providers may maintain operational logs under their own policies. A temporary session identifier and connection information are used for in-memory rate limits. Never send recovery phrases, private keys, passwords or sensitive personal or financial information. The assistant can make mistakes, cannot verify team identities and cannot execute wallet transactions. Closing or clearing chat does not erase logs held by service providers.
Local preferences
The application uses browser storage for interface and Assist accessibility preferences, such as reading size, contrast, spacing, link emphasis and motion. Assist settings stay in your browser and are not sent to the AI service; Reset clears those saved preferences. The wallet address is held in application memory rather than intentionally persisted by OFFCLOCK. The Phantom extension may independently remember trusted sites.
Your choices
You can decline connection, disconnect using the wallet dialog and revoke this site in Phantom’s trusted-app settings. Disconnecting the page does not delete public blockchain history or automatically revoke approvals made elsewhere. Use your browser controls to manage local site data.
Retention and rights
OFFCLOCK has not established an operator-managed customer database. Infrastructure providers apply their own retention periods. Operator identity, contact information, jurisdiction-specific privacy rights and a contact method are pending and must be completed before launch. Do not submit sensitive personal information through this site.
